She was born on 7 November, 1971 in Kolkata , west Bengal in India. Now her age is about 43 years. Rituparna Sengupta's husband name is Sanjoy Chakrabarty. He is a childhood friend of Rituporna.They married in 1999. They have two children - son Ankan and daughter Rishona niya.
